2003 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab

This little truck has served me well. Before him, I had a Firecracker Red, 2003 Pontiac TransAm with WS6 Package. I traded that car in for this truck when it life abruptly changed paths and I found myself needing a vehicle that could actually be useful. This little truck was a very good buy. So far, he's been invaluable helping me move, towing trailers full of bikes over to Pahrump, Nevada for trackdays, taking Toro to his monthly races, etc...

I want to put in a full sound system with DVD player in him soon. The system I have in mind would be high end, but basic. I've already taken out the rear seats so the back has a lot of storage space. With the installation of a new sound system though, they would build up the floor in the back to house stereo equipment. The flooring would lift the entire floor in the back a few inches, the amp and equipment would only take up less than half of the space under the flooring - the other half would be space to store bike stuff. The flooring would also make it a lot neater back there and easier to stack up things. I would love to have this project completed soon, but the estimate I got was around $3000.00 and I don't have that money at the moment. When I do, I'll be shopping around for a better price.
